For Day of the Dead this year, I headed back to Olvera Street, one of the oldest sites in L.A., to watch the after-dark Processional of the Dead, a sacred rite that pays homage to those recently passed, as well as ancient ancestors. Caught some folkorico, elaborate costumes, Aztec dancers and a little magic on the street.
